Genesis Systems Group was founded in 1983, as a one-man start-up. Those were the early days of robotic welding. We built a reputation as finishers – the guys who stuck around until the customer was satisfied. It’s what we did then and it’s what we do now. Whatever you need for robotic welding, we can help. Times have changed but our commitment to you, our customer, has not.
In October of 2004 we opened our Sterling Heights, Michigan facility – Genesis Customer Support Center. Genesis Customer Support Center is led by Doug Boyd, his tool design and build team, project managers, weld engineers and technicians. Our automotive group is sized and staffed for small to medium welding and assembly automation projects in the Michigan and Ontario area.
Genesis Detroit has easy access to the Genesis Platformation family of standard robotic welding platforms and positioners. We also have the experience and capability to refurbish and integrate systems. If you buy robots and systems new, used or wish to redeploy an existing robot or system, Genesis Customer Support Center can help.
Weld fixtures and tooling are a particularly good strength of Genesis Customer Support Center. Whether they are needed as part of a turnkey solution or filling the need for orders only requiring tools and fixtures, design and build can be completed by our Genesis Customer Support Center.
Genesis Fastening Systems LLC and Coretec – our assembly automation partners in Japan – specialize in precision fastening and pressing systems, as well as leak test systems from engines and transmissions. Together, we engineer, service and support systems in North America and Asia. We focus on finding new and innovative ways to reduce costs associated with fastening and pressing assembly operations.
