Partnering with Coretec brand servo nutrunners, Genesis offers nutrunner products including in-line and cube-style bodies, with angle head, offset head, and spring spindle options. These are true closed-loop servo nutrunners with complete control using torque, angle, and time.
Systems can be as small as a single FANUC LR-Mate robot with a 15 Nm nutrunner, or more complex systems like a FANUC R-2000 robot with multiple nutrunners using servo pitch adjustment for flexibility. Unlike hand-applied nutrunners, a robotic fastening cell tightens every fastener, every time, the same way, and identifies any suspect or non-conforming fastener rundown.
