Electric Servo Presses enable high-accuracy, fast, and efficient pressing. They do not require air consumption, hydraulic fluid or power consumption
when the press is idle. Once, programmed electric servo presses press the same process every time.
Partnering with Coretec, Genesis' Electric Servo Presses are true closed-loop servos coupled with a ball-screw driven ram and bi-directional load cell, making them an ideal tool for pressing. Infinite control using ram stroke, force, and time enable both precision and flexibility. Use up to 32 steps of different speeds and loads within a pressing program; processes that require multiple speeds or different stop positions are simple to incorporate with Coretec servo presses.
Quality assurance is more than identifying a non-conforming part after its been pressed. Servo presses can identify abnormalities while pressing, preventing damaged components. Force and stroke feedback are monitored during the entire press operation, which can be graphed for detailed press process tuning and analysis.
