Genesis Fastening Systems provides and supports a wide range of equipment for leak testing cylinder heads, blocks and transmissions.
For cylinder heads air leak tests are performed by charging, then balancing cam room, water jacket and oil holes. The cylinder head is completely submerged in water and air bubbles are used to visually detect leaks.
