Simulation and Offline Programming Group can be critical to your automation success. Genesis has a state of the art simulation facility to help master your project goals.
During the quoting process, we review your part and process needs and determine if it is right for automation.
- Genesis will analyze robot reach issues; determine the correct robot size, positioning equipment, torch configuration and if a transporter is required to move the robot.
- We can create a simulation and offline program of your proposed system. Weld paths are created, fixture clearances and weld torch access is accommodated in advance.

Once you have made the decision to partner with Genesis on your automation project, our team will confirm any preorder simulations with final customer part and fixture models. Genesis' own tooling department ensures accurate tool design. If you are providing your own tools for the project, Genesis can provide assistance and advice to assure effective overall system integration.
After part system and tool design are finalized, offline programming can be completed during the build process. Genesis uses calibration tools to make sure the Offline Programming is as close as possible to real world when it is downloaded to the actual system.
