Home What We Do Assembly
Are you experiencing trouble achieving and maintaining proper torque on soft or jointed gaskets? Then the Genesis’ fastening process may be just what you need to achieve the assembly speeds and consistency you are looking for.
We offer our Intelligent Power Servo (IPS) nutrunner assemblies in a wide range of torque capabilities. Controlled by IPS units that can stand alone or be configured into multiple spindle-fastening configurations. The high speed data processor detects damaged components so degradation is caught early, saving you money and preventing low quality output.
Our electro servo presses are energy efficient. They don’t require air, hydraulic fluid or electricity when they are idle. At the same time, they are fast, accurate and efficient when they are in operation.
Our partnership with Coretec allows us to offer nutrunner including in-line and cube-style bodies, with angle head, offset head, and spring spindle options. These are true closed-loop servo nutrunners that give you complete control using torque, angle, and time.
This partnership also allows Genesis to deliver true closed-loop servos coupled with ball-screw driven ram and bi-directional load cells, making them an ideal tool for pressing. Infinite control using ram stroke, force, and time enable both precision and flexibility. You can use up to 32 steps of different speeds and loads within a pressing program. Processes that require multiple speeds or different stop positions are simple to incorporate with Coretec servo presses.
Servo presses can identify abnormalities during the pressing process. This is better than identifying non-conforming parts after they’ve been pressed. It eliminates the waste caused by misloaded or out-of-spec components and reduces inspection time.
Many faulty assemblies pass through normal quality inspections, but they’re prevented when you combine the benefits of servo presses and IPS nutrunner assemblies.
