IPG fiber lasers offer an easily automated and low maintenance solution for surface preparation and high speed cleaning for leading manufacturers.  These lasers are unrivaled in their ability to strip paint or coatings, remove oil and grease in addition to modifying the texture of surfaces, such as adding roughness to increase adhesion to a material.

Because abrasive materials are not used when cleaning with IPG fiber lasers, containment separation and disposal is never an issue.  Additionally, since solvents and chemicals are not required in fiber laser cleaning, it is recognized as a highly desirable, safe and environmentally friendly solution.
